Are my files uploaded?

No. Reorder PDF Pages runs entirely in your browser. Page thumbnails are rendered locally with pdfjs-dist and the new PDF is assembled with pdf-lib. Nothing is uploaded.

How do I reorder pages?

Just click and drag any page thumbnail to a new position. The position badge in the corner of each page updates immediately, so you can preview the final order before saving.

Will reordering change the page contents?

No. Pages are copied losslessly. Fonts, images, and vector content are preserved exactly — only their order in the document changes.

Will form fields and links survive reordering?

Form fields and basic annotations are carried over with each page. Link destinations that point to other pages by index will still resolve, but if your PDF has a complex outline tree, you may need to rebuild bookmarks afterwards.

Can I drop or duplicate pages here?

This tool focuses on reordering. To remove pages, use Extract Pages or Split PDF. Duplicate pages aren't part of the standard reorder workflow.

How big a PDF can I reorder?

There's no server-imposed limit. Rendering thumbnails is the most memory-intensive step — for very large PDFs (200+ pages or many hundred MB), give your laptop a moment and prefer a desktop browser.

Does Reorder PDF work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Reorder PDF runs in any modern mobile browser — Safari on iOS, Chrome and Firefox on Android. Tap and hold a page thumbnail to drag it into a new position. For long PDFs the thumbnail render may take a moment on mobile.
