Converter.Plus is built and supported by a small, hands-on team. Every email goes directly to the people who write the code and the articles — there is no support ticket queue, no chat bot, and no outsourced first line. Whether you've found a bug, want to suggest a new format, need to correct something we've written, or want to discuss a partnership, we read every message ourselves.
Email the team
The fastest way to reach us is plain old email. We aim to acknowledge every message within one business day and resolve straightforward issues within two.

Support hours
Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00 IST (03:30–12:30 UTC). Messages received outside those hours are picked up the next working morning. We do not staff support over weekends or public holidays, but urgent issues affecting site availability are escalated automatically.
What to include in your message
The more context you give us in the first email, the faster we can help. The checklists below cover the most common reasons people get in touch — pick the one that fits and copy the bullets straight into your message.
Bug reports
- The exact URL of the page where the bug happened.
- What you were trying to do, in one sentence.
- What actually happened — the error message, a screenshot, or a screen recording if you can.
- Browser and version (e.g. "Chrome 124 on Windows 11", "Safari on iOS 18.1").
- The file format, approximate file size, and source if relevant — please do not attach private files; a synthetic example is enough.
Feature requests
- The format pair or tool you'd like to see (e.g. "TIFF to WebP", "PDF page numbering").
- The real workflow it would unblock — we prioritise requests tied to concrete tasks rather than feature wish-lists.
- Any hard constraints (must run offline, must preserve EXIF, must keep a specific colour profile, etc.).
Privacy, security, or legal concerns
- Use the subject line "Security report" for vulnerability reports — we read those first thing every morning.
- For data-subject requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, see our privacy policy; in most cases we hold no data about you because files never leave your browser.
- For takedown requests or copyright issues with anything we have published, include the URL and the basis of the claim.
Press, partnerships, and business enquiries
- A short description of your organisation and the proposed collaboration.
- Press: deadline, publication, and the angle you're working on. We're happy to provide a written quote rather than schedule a call.
- Embeds, white-label, or API access enquiries: please include rough usage volume so we can route the conversation appropriately.
